After running Pingo's affiliate program for the last six years. I can't thank you enough for your support to continue to send traffic to convert to Pingo's global phone service. I have a legal requests that needs your attention to ensure your in complaince.
As you should be aware by now, you need to include appropriate disclaimers on all your sites that endorse an affiliated merchant, since you receive compensation related to that endorsement.
"The Company receives a small commission for any Pingo sales generated by this site."
I'll be working on checking up with you in the next two weeks to check in on this request. Please confirm when you've updated your website or any place that you've contributed content that endorses Pingo.com in any way for review.

The FTC rules indicate that an endorsement is any message about a product that consumers are likely to believe reflects the opinions of a party other than the sponsoring advertiser and for which the endorser is being compensated. Thus, since we are paying to you as an endorser, that fact must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed on the endorser's site. "Clearly and conspicuously" means it will be read and understood by the reader. It cannot be buried in a link that has no relationship via its placement to the endorsement, or that, while included near the endorsement, does not explain in some way what the link is designed to disclose. Also, to be clear and conspicuous the font should be readable in both size/type and color, and not be significantly smaller than the endorsement itself. Please look into FTC regulations for yourself and seek legal council.
